CRISTINA ESPALLARGAS

With studies in Pedagogy and Communication sciences, Cristina began her career as a radio journalist and moved after to the media consultancy sector, where she has been for more than 20 years. As a consultant, she has worked in Grayling, Citigate Sanchis and Shandwick, among others, developing PR & Communication plans for large companies and multinationals. Cristina has specialized in health communication and she has advised hospital and medical centers, pharmaceutical companies, medical insurances, medical societies and patient associations.
Passionate about communication and the world of coaching and personal growth, she has collaborated with Fundació GAEM Foundation since its inception. Cristina aims to increase public recognition of the Foundation and to make more visible its role –and patients role- in driving medical research and supporting the patients.
